There's no flat rate here, because a two-bedroom that needs a full reset and a two-bedroom that gets cleaned every other week aren't the same job. Send photos and you'll get a real number back, not a range.
So the quote is honest. Seeing the space tells us what supplies to bring and how long to block out, which means no surprise upcharge on the day and nobody rushing at the end to make the time work.
Within one business day, by text or call, whichever you tell us you'd rather. If it's been longer than that, something went wrong on our end and we'd want to know about it.
Most homes land on biweekly. Weekly suits full houses and pets, monthly suits smaller or quieter places, and a one-time deep clean is a perfectly good way to start before you commit to anything.
